Rules for the “Girls' Weekend” contest

1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
The contest is organized by Les Chalets Nature (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), whose head office is located at 470 rue de Montréal Sherbrooke (Québec) J1H1E5 Canada.

2. CONTEST DURATION
The contest begins on November 22, 2024 at 1:00 a.m. and ends on November 24, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time).

3. ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to Quebec residents aged 18 and over. Employees of the Organizer, as well as any person domiciled at the same address, are not eligible.

​

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must:

- Like the official contest post on the Chalets Nature Facebook page.

- Identify seven (7) friends in the comments of the publication.

- Be a subscriber to the Chalets Nature Facebook page.

- Visit the Salon de la Femme de Québec 2024 and fill out the entry form.

There is no participation limit, but each comment must identify 7 different friends.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
The prize is a stay at Le Vacancier sur le lac, located on Lake Brompton in the Eastern Townships, for a maximum of eight (8) people.

• Included: weekend lodging (2 nights) in January or February 2025.

• Not included: transportation, meals, additional activities and any other personal expenses.

Date of accommodation to be arranged with Les Chalets Natures rental manager based on availability and rental schedule. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.

6. DESIGNATION OF WINNER
A random draw will be made on November 27, 2024 from among all eligible entries received.

The winner will be contacted via Facebook Messenger within 48 hours of the draw. If there is no response within 72 hours, another draw will be held.

7. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By participating, participants agree that their name may be published on Chalets Nature's social networks.

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed not to comply with these rules.

• The contest is void where prohibited by law.

• The Organizer declines all responsibility in the event of technical problems, errors or any other problem that may arise during the contest.

• Facebook is not involved in the contest and is released from all responsibility.

• The refusal of a randomly selected person to accept a prize under the terms of these contest rules releases the contest organizer from any obligation related to this prize towards this person.

• In the event that, for reasons unrelated to the winners, the Contest Organizer is unable to award a prize (or a portion of a prize) as described in these rules, it reserves the right to award a prize (or portion of a prize) of the same nature and equivalent value, at its sole discretion.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF PRIZE
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance by the winner of the conditions relating to the prize and its use.

9. MODIFICATIONS
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest without notice, in the event of force majeure or a situation beyond its control.
